We encourage our clients to communicate directly with our pathologists and technologists to ensure accuracy in reporting and results. All of our departments engage in timely follow up with clients and patients with respect to normal and abnormal results, additional required testing, appointments, billing, insurance, pick up and delivery, and standing supply orders.

In addition, we frequently send out reminder letters and customized postcards to clients and their patients. Clients receive weekly interaction and monthly visits from MetroPath's client relations team to ensure that we are exceeding your expectations.
