Bryan N. Coffing, M.D.

Dr. Coffing received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 2005. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Health System in 2009, and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Coffing completed two fellowship programs: one at the University of Michigan in Hematopathology and the other at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Dermatopathology. He has research experience, resulting in a number of publications.

Dr. Coffing holds the position of Director of Dermatopathology for MetroPath. In addition, he serves as the Medical Director for St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco, Colorado. Dr. Coffing is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as Dermatopathology and Hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Robert J. Haas, M.D.

Robert J. Haas, M.D.

Dr. Haas received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Stanford University Medical Center, and served as Chief Resident.  Dr. Haas went on to complete two fellowships: one in Surgical Pathology at Stanford University Medical Center and the other in Cytopathology at the University of California San Francisco. He has research experience, resulting in publications.

Dr. Haas currently serves as the Director of Cytopathology for MetroPath.  He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Mary B. Kenny-Moynihan, M.D.

Mary B. Kenny-Moynihan, M.D.

Dr. Kenny-Moynihan received her medical degree from the University of Dublin, Trinity College in 1986. She started her residency in Anatomic Pathology at St. James Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, in 1988. Dr. Kenny-Moynihan completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Emory University in 1993. In February of 1993, she served as a Visiting Scientist in the Papillomavirus Division at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.  Prior to coming to MetroPath, Dr. Kenny-Moynihan served in the Department of Pathology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  She has research experience in women’s health, resulting in a number of publications.

Dr. Kenny-Moynihan serves as the Medical Director for MetroPath and is the Director of the Surgical Pathology Department.   She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Mirna Z. Knight, D.O., Ph.D.

Mirna Z. Knight, D.O., Ph.D.

Dr. Knight received her Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology for collaborative research between the Burnham Institute in La Jolla, California, and the University of Zagreb in 1998. She received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2000. Dr. Knight completed her residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She went on to complete a Surgical Pathology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. While in training, her research experience culminated in a number of publications.

Dr. Knight holds the position of  Director of Molecular Pathology for MetroPath. She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Derek J. Konopka, M.D.

Dr. Konopka received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1978. His Flexible Medicine Internship was at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Konopka completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He went on to complete his fellowship in Surgical Pathology at Stanford University Hospital. Dr. Konopka currently serves on numerous quality, cancer, and leadership committees for St. Anthony Hospital. Dr. Konopka has given lectures and presentations at a number of  conferences. In addition, he served as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Pathology Department for the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Konopka serves as the Director of Surgical Pathology for the St. Anthony Hospital System, a position that he has held since 1987 and is currently the Chairman of the Pathology Department. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Stephen F. Worth, M.D.

Dr. Worth received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1993. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 1997, and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Worth completed a Surgical Pathology fellowship at the University of California San Francisco in 1998. Dr. Worth has assisted in a number of publications as well as given multiple presentations.

Dr. Worth serves as the Medical Director for the Anatomic and Clinical Laboratories at St. Anthony Hospital, St. Anthony North Hospital, and Avista Adventist Hospital. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
